Gym Trainer at BurnFit

, you'll be part of a team that inspires, educates, and empowers.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver customized workout plans for clients based on their goals and fitness levels Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions with energy and professionalism Monitor client progress and adjust routines to maximize results Educate members on proper form, technique, and injury prevention Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating workout environment Promote BurnFit's wellness programs, challenges, and events Stay updated with fitness trends, certifications, and training techniques Assist in onboarding new members and guiding them through their fitness journey
Requirements

Certified Fitness Trainer Strong knowledge of strength training, cardio, HIIT, and functional fitness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals Ability to motivate and engage clients of all ages and fitness levels Basic understanding of nutrition and recovery principles CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
