We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and energetic
Gym Trainer
to join our fitness facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in exercise techniques, nutrition guidance, and client motivation to help members achieve their fitness goals. This is a full-time position requiring 8 hours of active engagement per day, including workout supervision, client assessments, and maintaining gym safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement
customized workout plans
based on individual client goals and fitness levels.
Guide clients on
proper exercise techniques
, form, and equipment usage to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Provide
basic nutrition and lifestyle advice
to complement fitness programs.
Motivate and encourage members to stay consistent and engaged in their fitness journey.
Maintain
cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
standards in the gym.
Monitor equipment for proper functioning and report maintenance issues.
Keep
daily attendance and progress records
of clients.
Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and training techniques.
Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience as a Gym Trainer or Fitness Instructor preferred.
Excellent
communication and motivational skills

Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises.
Ability to work with people of
all ages and fitness levels
.
