Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement customized workout programs based on individual fitness levels and goals.
Instruct members on correct usage of gym equipment and ensure proper form during exercises.
Provide fitness assessments and body composition analysis.
Monitor client progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the gym.
Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness targets.
Educate clients on lifestyle choices, nutrition basics, and exercise techniques.
Conduct group workout sessions (optional if applicable).
Key Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Gym/Fitness Trainer.
Valid Gym Trainer Certificate
from a recognized institute is mandatory.
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, nutrition, and exercise science.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and guide clients with diverse fitness needs.
Physically fit and energetic with a professional appearance.
Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Preferred Skills:
CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic knowledge of diet and supplementation.
