What You'll Build and Lead

Team Development & Leadership

Mentor and build an exceptional team of fitness trainers and support staff Create comprehensive training programs and mentorship frameworks for team development Foster a positive, motivating culture that inspires both staff and members Develop career progression pathways and recognition programs for your team

Member Experience Excellence

Create a good experience for walk-in customers to help them understand the programs and help them sign-up Design and implement member onboarding processes that create lasting first impressions for Proactively address member concerns and turn challenges into opportunities for improvement Build strong relationships with members to create a vibrant community atmosphere

Business Operations & Growth

Take full ownership of day-to-day gym operations from opening to closing Develop and manage membership subscription systems and renewal processes Collaborate closely with gym owners to optimize retention strategies and drive growth Create efficient operational workflows and standard operating procedures Monitor key performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Facility Management

Ensure equipment is properly maintained and facility standards are consistently high Oversee safety protocols and maintain a clean, welcoming environment Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships Coordinate maintenance schedules and facility upgrades
