Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and energetic Gym Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized workout programs, proper technique guidance, and motivation. You will play a key role in promoting a healthy lifestyle and a positive gym environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for new members. Design and implement customized fitness programs based on clients' needs and goals. Demonstrate safe and effective use of gym equipment and exercise techniques. Monitor client progress and adjust workouts as necessary. Provide guidance on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits (where appropriate). Lead individual or group training sessions (e.g., strength training, cardio, HIIT, etc.). Maintain a clean and safe workout environment. Enforce gym policies and safety procedures. Stay updated on fitness trends and continuing education.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Gym Trainer or similar role. Certification from a recognized fitness organization Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition basics. Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills. CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or required depending on facility). Passionate about health and fitness with a positive, professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with special populations (e.g., seniors, post-rehab clients, athletes). Ability to teach group fitness classes (e.g., Zumba, Yoga, Spin, etc.). Sales or client onboarding experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
