Role & Responsibilities

Assist members with workouts, training form, and fitness routines Create safe, effective exercise plans based on member goals Manage gym floor activities and maintain equipment discipline Offer Personal Training sessions (optional but highly encouraged) Help maintain a positive, motivating environment for all members

Requirements

Prior experience as a fitness trainer (Certified trainers preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to guide beginners and advanced fitness clients Passion for fitness, discipline, and continuous learning Professional and respectful behaviour at all times
