Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and certified Gym Trainer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, a commitment to client success, and the ability to design and implement effective workout programs tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized fitness programs based on clients' goals and fitness levels. Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' physical condition and track progress. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure client safety during workouts. Provide guidance on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and overall wellness. Maintain a clean and organized workout environment. Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques. Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.Himalayas

Qualifications:

Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized organization. 3 to 5 years of experience as a personal or gym trainer. Strong knowledge of various fitness programs, exercises, and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
