The Gym Trainer is responsible for helping members achieve their fitness goals by designing effective workout programs, demonstrating exercises, and ensuring safe use of equipment. The trainer also motivates members, monitors their progress, and promotes a healthy lifestyle within the gym environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct fitness assessments and understand members' health and fitness goals.
Design and implement customized workout plans.
Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure proper form.
Monitor progress and provide regular feedback.
Conduct group classes (e.g., aerobics, HIIT, strength training, yoga) if required.
Ensure gym safety standards, equipment upkeep, and hygiene.
Educate members on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
Motivate and engage members to improve retention.
Support gym promotions, events, and onboarding of new members.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of fitness training, exercise techniques, and nutrition basics.
Good communication and motivational skills.
Ability to train both beginners and advanced-level clients.
Positive, energetic, and approachable personality.
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
Qualifications & Experience
Certification in Fitness Training (ACE, ISSA, NASM, NSCA, or equivalent).
1-3 years of experience as a Gym/Fitness Trainer (freshers with certification may also apply).
Degree/diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
