Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitness and wellness, with expertise in physiology, body mechanics, and program design. This role involves developing and delivering training programs for individuals and groups, ensuring that participants achieve their fitness goals while maintaining safety and effectiveness.

Duties

Design and implement personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs. Conduct group fitness classes that engage participants and promote a healthy lifestyle. Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and anatomy to ensure safe practices. Coach clients in various sports disciplines, enhancing their skills and performance. Educate clients on the principles of physiology and how they relate to fitness and health. Promote health club services and products through effective fitness sales strategies. Maintain a positive training environment that encourages client motivation and retention. Collaborate with other fitness professionals to enhance program offerings and client experiences.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and personal training principles. Experience in program design for diverse fitness levels and goals. Background in sports coaching or teaching physical education is preferred. Familiarity with group fitness instruction techniques. Proven skills in fitness sales or related sales experience within a health club or gym setting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
