Gym Sales Mananger
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and contact potential leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media.
Follow up with enquiries generated through website, ads, walk-ins, referrals, etc.
Maintain a continuous pipeline of prospects.
Sales & Conversion
Conduct academy tours, explain training programs, membership packages, and benefits.
Convert inquiry to paid enrollment through persuasive communication, listening to needs, and handling objections.
Create sales proposals and tailored membership options.
Present classes professionally--MMA, Kickboxing, BJJ, Fitness, Self-Defense, etc
Record all leads, sales, and renewals in CRM/Excel.
Prepare daily & weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with trainers and management regarding student onboarding
Requirements
1. Good communication skills (spoken and written English)
2. Basic technically skills (Microsoft word, excel etc)
3. Willingness to learn, grow and perform at high levels
4. Dynamic multi tasker, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. disciplined and adaptable, able to follow to systems and processes.
6. Commitment to stability and long term growth
Performance Expectations
Making calls and scheduling visits
Converting visits into paying members
Achieving or exceeding sales targets
Developing and refining sales techniques and product knowledge
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory).
1-3 years of experience in sales (fitness, gym, sports, education, or service industry preferred).
Freshers with strong communication and confidence are welcome.
Passion or understanding of fitness/MMA is an added advantage.
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Performance-based incentives.
