We have openings for the following positions at our Bangalore location:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Gym center Manager to lead our sales team and drive membership growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance also maintain the accounts and trainers as well.

Drive membership sales through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Manage client inquiries, provide facility tours, and convert prospects into members.

Maintain relationships with existing members to ensure renewals and referrals.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities and campaigns.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalated client concerns.

Ensure employers are on time for the duty and should check maintenance of the gym.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
