Gym Sales & Front Desk Executive
to manage walk-in inquiries, membership sales, and front desk operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving membership growth while delivering an excellent member experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
Convert walk-in members, phone inquiries, and online leads into paid gym memberships
Conduct professional gym tours and explain facilities, trainers, and fitness programs
Handle customer objections and close sales effectively
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly membership sales targets
Customer Service & Member Onboarding
Provide a warm and welcoming front desk experience
Handle membership registrations, billing, and payment processing
Maintain accurate member and sales records using CRM or internal systems
Follow up with new and existing members to ensure satisfaction and retention
Marketing & Community Engagement
Support lead generation through local outreach, events, and promotions
Assist with social media engagement and community-building initiatives
Front Desk & Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for smooth daily functioning
Perform basic administrative and operational tasks
Requirements & Skills
Previous experience in sales or customer service (fitness industry experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Passion for fitness, wellness, and customer engagement
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts if required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
