Day-to-day operations

: Overseeing the gym's daily operations, including classes, sales, and memberships

Staff management

: Recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff

Equipment maintenance

: Ensuring all equipment meets safety standards and is well-maintained

Marketing and sales

: Creating and implementing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones

Budgeting

: Preparing and checking budgets, generating income, and cashing up

Customer service

: Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and concerns

Facility upkeep

: Maintaining a clean and safe environment for members and staff

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
