Looking for a Decent , Presentable female Manager for Gym
1. Operations Management
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the gym.
Maintain cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and facility safety standards.
Monitor maintenance schedules for gym equipment and ensure prompt repairs.
Manage inventory for gym supplies, towels, and consumables.
2. Staff Supervision
Recruit, train, and supervise staff including trainers, front-desk executives, and housekeeping.
Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage across all shifts.
Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
Promote a positive and motivating workplace culture.
3. Sales & Marketing
Drive membership sales, renewals, and promotions to meet monthly targets.
Develop local marketing initiatives and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
Oversee CRM activities to enhance member retention and engagement.
Monitor member feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
4. Customer Experience
Ensure an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint.
Handle escalations and provide personalized service to members.
Implement programs for customer loyalty and community building (e.g., challenges, events).
5. Financial Management
Manage budgets, expenses, and daily cash flow.
Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for management review.
Optimize resource use to improve profitability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in gym or fitness center management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven with experience in achieving revenue targets.
Knowledge of fitness equipment, safety procedures, and health regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
