business performance, sales, team management, customer experience, and daily operations
of the gym.
The ideal candidate should have strong management, sales, and people-handling skills with a passion for fitness and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations of the gym / fitness studio
Drive membership sales, renewals, and revenue targets
Lead, train, and manage the sales, front desk, and trainer teams
Ensure excellent customer experience and high member satisfaction
Monitor daily performance, footfall, conversions, and retention metrics
Handle escalations, customer complaints, and service recovery
Oversee front desk operations, schedules, and studio discipline
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of the facility
Plan and execute local marketing, promotions, and engagement activities
Manage inventory, basic accounts coordination, and vendor coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory (Post-graduation in management is a plus)
1+ years of experience in gym / fitness center / retail / hospitality operations or sales management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
Target-driven and business-oriented mindset
Ability to handle operations, sales, and customer experience together
Preferred Skills
Experience in managing sales targets and large teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of CRM, billing software, and basic MS Excel
Passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy lifestyle

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
