Studio Management

Boost sales, retail, and memberships through excellent client engagement. Set sales goals, track performance, and oversee daily operations. Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment, and signage. Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination. Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
Staff Management

Schedule and supervise trainers. Support staff with responsibilities and ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain client records, attendance, and performance reports.
Client Relations

Respond to calls, messages, and emails professionally. Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve client concerns. Train staff for professional, client-focused communication.
Marketing

Oversee daily social media activity and content creation. Prepare marketing materials for events and promotions. Work with external teams on ads, SEO, and Google My Business. Develop fresh marketing ideas to increase sales.

Pay: Up to ?55,000.00 per month
