Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced and energetic

Gym Manager

to oversee daily gym operations, drive membership sales, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The Gym Manager will be responsible for

revenue growth, operational efficiency, and member satisfaction

.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management



Manage

day-to-day gym operations

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of equipment Ensure adherence to

company SOPs and safety standards


Sales & Revenue



Drive

membership sales, renewals, and upgrades

Achieve

monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and lead conversions Coordinate local marketing and promotional activities

Team Management



Manage

trainers, sales executives, and front desk staff

Prepare duty rosters and monitor attendance Conduct training, performance reviews, and team meetings
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
