Job Description

Guest Engagement:

Welcome members, conduct gym inductions, explain equipment, and offer personalized fitness advice.

Training & Guidance:

Develop tailored workout routines, demonstrate correct exercise form, and monitor guests for safety and proper technique.

Safety & Maintenance:

Ensure the gym floor is safe, equipment is used correctly, and the area remains tidy and operational.

Sales & Promotion:

Promote personal training sessions, wellness programs, and hotel fitness amenities to maximize revenue.

Health & Wellness:

Provide general nutritional advice (within scope) and promote a holistic wellness approach.

Emergency Response:

Be ready to respond to any fitness-related emergencies.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹36,619.96 per month
