GYM CLEANER / FACILITY HYGIENE ASSISTANT

Location: Box To Fit Gym

Timing: Morning / Evening shifts (Flexible)

Salary: Competitive + performance bonus for cleanliness rating

Role Summary:

The Gym Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high hygiene standards across the gym. This includes cleaning equipment, maintaining washrooms, ensuring the gym smells fresh, and keeping all workout areas safe and presentable for members.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean all gym equipment (treadmills, weights, mats, machines) daily Sweep, mop, and sanitize the entire gym floor Maintain cleanliness of washrooms + changing rooms Ensure dustbins are emptied on time Maintain cleanliness of entrance, reception area, and lounge Regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces (handles, rails, lockers) Report any damage or malfunctioning equipment Assist the team in maintaining overall gym ambience
Skills & Requirements:

Basic cleaning skills Punctual, responsible, and disciplined Understands hygiene standards Ability to work without supervision Friendly and respectful with members Previous experience in cleaning (preferred but not mandatory)
