- Generate enquiries and leads, coordinate with sales teams to convert the leads and enquiries into closers.- Call and develop business relationships with prospect customers.- Responding and approaching the prospect customers over email.- Understand the importance of exports and imports and generates the leads according as per the requirement figure novel ways that can help Gxpress expand its business.- Prepare monthly and weekly reports.- Work on the monthly and weekly targets- Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales target.- Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm\'s freight transportation services.- Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships.- Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.- Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationship with shippers and carriers.- Responsible for aiding successful pickup and delivering.Desired Qualification and Experience :- International or domestic calling in premium call centres or doing business development over phone and direct communication.- Proficient in spoken English language and has natural flair to talk to people about International logistic work with them to achieve both tangible and intangible results.
