Process Transformation:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within actuarial functions, collaborating with actuarial teams to implement innovative solutions.
Data Management:
Work with large datasets, ensuring data integrity, efficient processing, and effective visualization for actuarial insights.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing actuarial tools and applications, ensuring their smooth operation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with actuarial teams, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed tools and processes.
Continuous Improvement:

Required Skills & Experience
Experience:
3-4 years of professional experience in software development, programming, or data analysis roles, with a strong focus on coding and tool development.
Programming Proficiency:
Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following programming languages: Python, VBA, R, SQL.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex actuarial concepts into technical solutions.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field.

Insurance Domain Knowledge:
Prior experience or strong understanding of the insurance industry, including life, general, or health insurance products and actuarial concepts.
Actuarial Qualifications:
Progress towards actuarial qualifications (e.g., IFoA, SOA, IAI) is an advantage but not mandatory.
Data Visualization Tools:
