Documentation Management:
Handle the preparation and execution of Builder-Buyer Agreements, Allotment Letters, and Registration documents.
Payment Collection:
Monitor payment milestones, issue demand letters, and follow up with clients for timely collections and outstanding dues.
Client Query Resolution:
Address and resolve customer grievances, technical queries regarding the project, and financial clarifications via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Banking Assistance:
Assist clients with home loan documentation and coordinate with bank officials for timely disbursements.
Reporting:
Maintain and update the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Sell.Do, or MS Excel) with accurate client data and generate weekly collection/status reports.
Possession & Handover:
Coordinate the final inspection and handover process, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction during the move-in phase.

Language Skills:
Must be fluent in Gujarati (Speaking)
. Proficiency in Hindi and English is also required.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a CRM or Post-Sales role within the
Real Estate industry
.
Education:
Graduate in any stream (B.Com or BBA preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (specifically Advanced Excel) and experience using Real Estate CRM software.
