Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Financial Reporting:

Maintain and finalise books of accounts, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.

Tax Compliance:

Handle GST filings, TDS calculations, and ensuring timely payments and returns.

Real Estate Accounting:

Manage project-wise accounting, RERA compliance documentation, and construction-related expenses.

Banking & Cash Flow:

Manage daily bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and monitor cash flow for ongoing projects.

Audit Coordination:

Prepare necessary documentation for internal and statutory audits.

Payroll:

Oversee staff salary processing and ensure statutory deductions are handled correctly.

Requirements



Candidate Profile



Experience:

1-3 years of core accounting experience (Real Estate industry experience is a major plus).

Education:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting.

Software Skills:

Proficiency in

Tally Prime/ERP 9

and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills in

Gujarati

and Hindi/English. *

Attributes:

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
