Gujarati Teacher

Job Summary:

The Gujarati Teacher is responsible for teaching the Gujarati language, literature, and grammar, and for developing students' reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills as per the prescribed curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Gujarati language, grammar, and literature as per syllabus Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids Develop students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills Conduct classwork, homework, tests, and examinations Evaluate and maintain student performance records Encourage correct pronunciation, handwriting, and vocabulary usage Promote cultural values through Gujarati literature and activities Provide remedial support to slow learners Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment Communicate with parents regarding student progress Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs Follow school policies and academic calendar

Required Qualifications:

Graduation/Post Graduation in Gujarati B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification (as per school norms)

Skills & Competencies:

Strong command over Gujarati language Good communication and classroom management skills Ability to make language learning engaging Patience and student-centered approach Basic computer skills for teaching and documentation

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
