Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in Gujarati catering/bulk kitchens.
Expertise in traditional Gujarati cooking.
Strong leadership in bulk food preparation.

Implement FIFO system and prevent wastage.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and audit standards.
Requirements
Graduate with minimum 3 years' experience in store management.
Knowledge of bulk kitchen inventory management.
Strong organizational and vendor management skills.
