Description

? Follow instruction given by shift in charge to meet as per daily/weekly/monthly targets.

? Ensure slitting machines Capacity Utilization at optimum level daily.

? Wastage Target within the prescribed limit including trim

? Maintaining the machines and Systems at a regular interval as per norms.

? Lot Rejection adherence to the acceptable Limits.

? Standardization of Process.

? Maintaining Modules and system at regular intervals as per company norms.

? Follow instructions Given by shift in charge for smooth functioning of machines.

? Responsible for maintaining overall documentation part related to slitting, Doctrine& Packing when needed.

? Maintaining 5s near working area.

Qualifications

Diploma with 5 - 10 Years of experience
