Description

Analyzing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives. To apply different matrices and analyze the problems arising also prepare presentations on the analysis. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity within a manufacturing environment This includes implementing strategies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The role also focuses on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
