Role Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of GuideYu -- working directly with clients to understand their needs, showcase suitable properties, and close successful deals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, has a flair for sales, and is eager to grow in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Source and qualify potential clients via cold calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Client Meetings:
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored property recommendations.
Site Visits:
Organize and conduct property visits, clearly presenting features, pricing, and benefits.
Sales Closures:
Convert qualified leads into successful deals through effective follow-ups and presentations.
Negotiation & Finalization:
Handle client negotiations and close deals efficiently.
Client Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
CRM Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Inventory Management and Market Knowledge
Social Media Activity and LinkedIn Engagement
What We're Looking For
0-2 years of experience in real estate (preferably commercial)
Proven ability to generate leads and consistently meet monthly sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
Highly motivated, target-driven, and open to local travel (two-wheelers provided)
KRA and KPI will be tracked
