We are seeking a skilled InsuranceNow Developer to join our team and support ongoing development, customization, and maintenance of the Guidewire InsuranceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UI components, business rules, and underwriting workflows, along with strong problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting and bug fixing.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ Years of overall experience (Guidewire InsuranceNow)
Minimum 2 years of directly related technical experience in a professional services role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and enhance
UI components
within the InsuranceNow application.
Implement and maintain
business rules
,
tasks
, and
underwriting logic
based on business requirements.
Perform
bug fixes
and ensure smooth functionality across modules.
Work with
bean structures
for data modeling and configuration.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other technical teams to ensure efficient delivery of features.
Participate in design reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Provide technical support and assist in production issue resolution as needed.
Must-Have Skills:
Hands-on experience with
Guidewire InsuranceNow
platform.
Strong expertise in:
UI configuration and development
to meet the requirements of customer specific data model changes to enable business requirements
Business Rules

Nice to Have:
Insurance domain knowledge
(Property & Casualty preferred).
Experience with
system integrations

Adobe Jetform and/or DocOrigin forms design and data population strategy based on the InsuranceNow data model
