Our recruitment team will review viable applicants and reach out directly to discuss next steps with those whose experience aligns with the role ROLE SUMMARY AGG is seeking a Guidewire Data Migration Lead to lead data migration initiatives for global PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter implementations, driving high-quality project delivery from legacy system analysis through production cutover. This role combines deep Guidewire expertise with hands-on data management, team leadership, and client-facing collaboration in the Property & Casualty insurance domain. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Your Client Responsibilities
Serve as the Guidewire Data Migration Lead within the Technology Consulting team, driving multiple Guidewire implementation projects for clients worldwide.
Lead and guide technical streams of the implementation, acting as a strong technical team leader.
Plan, monitor, and track project deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
Interface and communicate regularly with onsite coordinators and customer representatives.
Analyze and interpret legacy data to prepare it for transformation and migration into Guidewire xCenters.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define data mapping, transformation rules, and conversion logic.
Partner with developers to create, validate, and refine ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) scripts and data models.
Develop and execute data validation, reconciliation, and audit checks to ensure accurate and complete conversions.
Identify and resolve data quality issues, discrepancies, and gaps in both source and target systems.
Document all relevant technical details, including data dictionaries, mapping specifications, conversion strategies, and post-migration reporting.
Conduct mock conversions, support dry runs, and assist with production cutover activities.
Support QA teams in test planning and executing conversion-related test cases.
Provide assistance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and in post-go-live stabilization efforts.
Ensure compliance with all data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
Deliver regular status updates to managers and onsite coordinators.
Travel to customer locations as needed.

REQUIREMENTS Guidewire Expertise:
Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter migration projects.
Strong understanding of the Guidewire Policy and Claims data models.
Preferred experience with Guidewire migration implementations and upgrades within the insurance sector.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire xCenters, PMT/CMT tools, and data conversion mapping from legacy systems.
Insurance Domain Knowledge:
Background in the Property & Casualty insurance domain.
Real-time knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration, preferably within insurance.
Data Management & Integration Skills:
Proficiency in ETL processes, SSIS, and data migration performance management.
Data modeling, data profiling, and data integration/synchronization.
Design and build of data warehouses.
Data distribution, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
Expertise in data retention, lifecycle management, standardization, and taxonomy.
Enterprise Data & Architecture:
Knowledge of enterprise data management policies, procedures, compliance, and risk management.
Understanding of enterprise architecture and technologies related to business change.
Ability to identify associated risks, advise clients on trends, emerging technologies, and strategic approaches.
Technical & Professional Skills:
Understanding and application of software development best practices.
Strong business communication skills.
Proven leadership abilities with prior client-facing experience.
Education & Experience:
BE/BTech/MCA with 3 to 7 years of relevant industry experience.
