ROLE
Access Global Group is adding a Guidewire Cloud Integration Senior to lead global implementation projects as a Technical Lead. The role focuses on driving Guidewire integration streams, mentoring project teams, managing deliverables, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful cloud and on-prem implementations. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with Guidewire integrations, Java, Apache Camel, cloud configurations, and Property & Casualty insurance domain knowledge, along with leadership and client-facing expertise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as Technical Lead in the Technology Consulting team on global Guidewire implementation projects.
• Lead technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects and contribute to solution design and delivery.
• Interface and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators and other stakeholders.
• Plan, monitor, and track project deliverables from the team.
• Mentor and guide the project team to execute assigned tasks successfully.
• Provide regular status reporting to managers and onsite coordinators.
• Interface with customer representatives as needed to ensure project alignment.
• Travel to customer locations as required for project execution.
• Build and foster a quality culture within the project team.
• Manage performance and development of direct reports according to organizational policies.
• Encourage teamwork and lead by example in all technical and project activities.
• Provide training and mentorship to project resources.
• Participate in organization-wide people initiatives to support team development and engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-7 yrs experience strong understanding and hands-on experience with Guidewire On-Prem Integration Patterns (Messaging, SOAP/REST Services, File Imports/Exports, Batch Processing).
• Extensive experience in Guidewire Integrations, batch processes, messaging, and cloud integration concepts (Integration API Gateway, enterprise integrations with insurance apps).
• Proficiency in Core and Advanced Java; experience with the Apache Camel integration framework.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud environment configuration (Console, S3 Buckets, Secrets, Helios, etc.).
• Solid understanding of business functional flows and design patterns.
• Strong technical expertise in Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis2), SQL, PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, ANT, and enterprise messaging systems.
• Experience with application servers such as Tomcat, WebSphere, or WebLogic.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices.
• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance and enterprise system integration within the insurance domain.
• Excellent business communication skills, ability to manage timelines, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and client-facing experience.
• Preferred: Prior experience with Guidewire implementations and upgrades in the insurance sector.
• Preferred: Familiarity with insurance domain practices beyond Property & Casualty.
• Preferred: Additional hands-on experience using Guidewire Cloud tools in large-scale projects.

• BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 3 to 7 years.
