Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst with deep expertise in Claims and BillingCenter modules, along with strong domain knowledge in Homeowners Insurance. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in requirement gathering, process analysis, and functional solutioning for a key insurance modernization initiative. This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. Lead the design and implementation efforts of Guidewire ClaimsCenter and BillingCenter, ensuring alignment with business processes. Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile/Scrum environment. Support configuration and integration teams with functional clarifications and assist in testing and validation of solutions. Identify gaps in current systems and recommend improvements or Guidewire best practices. Work closely with QA teams to define and execute test scenarios for Homeowners Claims and Billing workflows. Participate in system demos, UAT sessions, and production validations. Serve as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Homeowners Insurance processes related to claims and billing.
Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the P&C insurance domain. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimsCenter and BillingCenter. Strong understanding of Homeowners Insurance claims lifecycle and billing processes. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Proven ability to document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with user story creation, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
Preferred Qualifications:

Guidewire certification(s) in ClaimsCenter or BillingCenter. Experience with other Guidewire modules (e.g., PolicyCenter) is a plus. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools.
