Design and deliver complex, comprehensive product-based business solutions at the enterprise level using customized methodology and work products Lead or monitor the product implementation process; ensure that the solution is sound, appropriate and cost-justified, that components integrate properly and that we address the domains of change within the scope of the solution Demonstrate your expertise by providing the client with strategic product advice on deploying business productivity, system-to-system and end-user applications Be a knowledge expert in emerging technologies that are new to Gainwell, our clients and the IT field Stimulate high performance by managing and motivating a team of product development experts to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products to clients

What we're looking for

Experience working with client enterprise products, services and strategies; technical products, vendors, families of technologies; and product configurations, with 3 or more years of health and human services experience preferred Expertise in of technology architecture, the product development life cycle, cloud technologies, software as a service, and product and platform configurations Expert using and manipulating relational databases, event subscription-based communication, and software development skills between modules An effective leader who can supervise teams and motivate individual contributors Strong executive presence to communicate technical ideas clearly to team members and client leaders
