The Guest Services Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

:

Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone calls, messages, and social media DMs Provide detailed information about property features, amenities, and booking procedures Coordinate and manage reservations, cancellations, and special requests Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences Identify and suggest ideas to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service standards across all properties

Key Requirements

:

Guest Services and Customer Service skills Working days : 6 days a week with a holiday on a weekday. Comfortable with tools/whatsapp to reply to the messages and quickly solve guest questions. Client management Experience with Cash Handling and maintaining accurate transaction records Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently Create reports with insights, recommendations & next steps. Help with insights from your guest conversations to the marketing team to help boost enquiries. Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities Detail-oriented and ability to multitask Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but open to individuals from any industry High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hotel management is beneficial

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
