About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
2. Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring all guest details are accurately recorded.
3. Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
4. Strive to exceed guest expectations by providing personalized service and attention to detail.
5. Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, and prepared according to guest preferences.
6. Conduct room inspections as needed.
7. Assist in the coordination and food service to guests.
8. Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure dietary requirements and preferences are met.
9. Ensure that all food service areas are clean and well-organized.
10. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and special requests.
11. Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 8th Aug\'24 and 12th Sep\'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management or a related field is required.
2. Mandatory to speak Kannada.
3. Candidates from Malnad region will be preferred.
4. Candidate will have to stay at the property and work in break shifts throughout the day.
