To provide a professional, courteous, and efficient service to guests and members, ensuring smooth front office and banquet operations, accurate billing, and effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Reception & Assistance:
Greet and assist guests and members approaching the front desk.
Provide necessary guidance and information regarding club facilities, rooms, and membership benefits.
2. Check-In & Check-Out:
Handle smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for rooms and function bookings.
Collect necessary guest/member details during check-in and while booking function venues.
3. Reservations Management:
Manage reservations for rooms and banquet halls accurately.
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely allotment of rooms.
Ensure all bookings are properly documented and updated in the system.
4. Communication & Coordination:
Respond promptly to direct and telephonic enquiries from guests and members.
Handle mail delivery and correspondence to affiliated clubs regarding room reservations.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth guest services and function execution.
5. Billing & Financial Handling:
Handle billing for rooms and banquet services.
Perform cash settlements and ensure accurate recording of all transactions.
Follow up on pending bills, both company and individual, to ensure timely collection.
6. Routine & Administrative Work:
Follow up on room enquiries and function-related requests.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to guest services and billing.
Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned by the front office management.
Skills & Competencies Required:
0-1 year experience in Guest relations or Customer Service
Freshers also welcome
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments efficiently.
Basic knowledge of billing systems and online registration procedures.
