Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
Address guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about the property, facilities, and local attractions.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Process payments, invoices, and manage cash or credit transactions.
Maintain accurate records and ensure guest information is updated in the system.
Respond promptly to guest complaints and ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager.
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
Communicate special requests or preferences to relevant teams.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
Assist in managing lobby or reception area to ensure it is clean and welcoming.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
