Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and engage guests, ensuring a memorable first and last impression
Build long-term relationships with regular and VIP guests
Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest preferences
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly
Coordinate closely with service staff, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth operations
Maintain guest database and track preferences, special occasions, and feedback
Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation across the restaurant
Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and themed dining experiences
Train and guide front-of-house staff on guest engagement and service excellence
Represent the brand values and authentic Italian hospitality of the restaurant
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality, guest relations, or restaurant management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for customer service and fine dining experiences
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and dining etiquette is a plus
Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in reservation systems and basic MS Office tools
Preferred Experience
2-5 years of experience in a premium or fine-dining restaurant
Experience handling VIP guests and customer relationship management
Multilingual skills (Italian or other foreign languages) are an advantage
Good English Communication.
