Greet and assist clients and visitors courteously.
Handle incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
Manage appointments and visitor records.
Coordinate with internal departments for client support.
Handle office correspondence, courier, and filing work.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Support administrative activities as required.
Provide information about company services to clients.
Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
Prior experience in a front office or administrative role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command over English and local language.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
