Design, deliver, and coordinate induction and on-the-job training programs for Guest Service Associates.
Conduct training on hospitality etiquette, communication, complaint resolution, upselling, check-in/check-out procedures, and reservation systems.
Develop role-play sessions, guest interaction simulations, and service excellence workshops.
Ensure training content is aligned with company standards and industry best practices.
Operational Support
Collaborate with Front Office and Guest Relations teams to identify skill gaps and training needs.
Support team members on the floor during peak hours to ensure seamless guest service.
Assist in implementing new guest service initiatives and process improvements.
Performance Monitoring
Conduct regular assessments and track trainee performance and progress.
Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
Maintain training reports, attendance logs, and evaluation records.
Guest Experience
Promote a guest-first culture and lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality.
Ensure service delivery meets quality standards and guest feedback is acted upon.
Help manage guest concerns and inquiries professionally when needed.
