Understand guest needs and assist them in choosing sweets, savories, and gift items.
Provide accurate information about products, ingredients, shelf life, and pricing.
Suggest suitable products or gift packs based on the occasion or customer preference.
Handle billing coordination and ensure a smooth checkout experience in coordination with the cashier.
Manage customer feedback, handle complaints politely, and escalate when required.
Ensure product display counters are clean, attractive, and well-stocked.
Support in maintaining hygiene and quality standards in the sales area.
Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team for timely delivery of bulk or festive orders.
Maintain records of repeat or VIP customers and ensure personalized follow-up service.
Assist in festival crowd management and ensure guest satisfaction during peak hours.
Skills & Qualifications:
Qualification: Minimum HSC / Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 1-3 years in customer service, preferably in sweets, retail, or food industry.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Pleasant personality with customer-first attitude.
Product knowledge (Indian sweets, savouries, and ingredients) will be an added advantage.
Basic computer or billing system knowledge preferred.
