The Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to resort guests by ensuring a welcoming, smooth, and memorable experience from arrival to departure. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests and supports front desk operations, guest inquiries, and resort coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
Provide information about resort amenities, services, activities, and local attractions
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
Process payments, reservations, room changes, and special requests accurately
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Resolve guest issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary
Uphold resort policies, safety procedures, and service standards
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation systems.
