Responsibilities -

"1 Service on seat, suggestive & Up-selling,
2 Efficient Cash handling, inventory management at POS
3 Customer query handling
4 Well versed with Movie synopsis and genre
5 Maintaining all required registers for PVR classic
6 Taking effective orders and satisfying the customers
7 Box office handling , ticketing and reporting

Requirements / Qualification-

: Graduation /Post Graduate with certificate course or diploma in
hospitality/Hotel Management

EXPERIENCE:

0-1years in a similar role in a reputed organization in
Service/Hospitality/Retail industry.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
1 Good in English
2 Proficiency in using MS Office.
3 Team Building Skills
4 Strong operational background in a multi-location business;
5 Creative thinker with high degree of integrity and discipline;
6 Strong knowledge of consumer/cultural trends;
