Guest Service Associates are responsible for helping guests and customers in hotels or hospitality locations. Your role is to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests at the reception or service counter
Help guests with check-in and check-out processes
Provide information about hotel services, rooms, and facilities
Guide guests politely using basic sign communication or written instructions
Coordinate with other hotel staff if needed
Maintain cleanliness and order in the service area
Follow safety and hygiene guidelines
Requirements:
Only for Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing candidates
Basic understanding of sign language or written communication
Friendly, polite, and neat appearance
Willingness to work in rotating shifts
No prior experience required (training provided)
Salary:
13,000 to 18,000 (starting)
