As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience is welcoming and trouble-free. You will handle various guest services, including reservations, check-ins, and resolving any issues that arise to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
Assist with check-ins and check-outs in a timely and efficient manner.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Provide guests with information about the facilities, services, and local attractions.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Ensure the lobby and other guest areas are clean and well presented.
Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem-solve and handle challenging situations with tact.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
