What You'll Do:

You'll be the heart of the Miyo experience. You're here to spark conversations, guide great choices, and make sure everyone leaves happier than they came.
To elaborate:

Welcome customers like they're walking into your own space Manage the cash counter when need be Have great conversations - warm, casual, human Help customers explore our bar and build their dream dessert Keep an eye on the floor - make sure everyone's having a good time and things are running smoothly Support with day-to-day ops: counter upkeep, feedback, and anything else that keeps the place flowing
Who You Are:

You don't need a hotel degree. Or hospitality experience. If you love talking to people, have a good vibe, and care about making someone's day a little better - you're already halfway there.
You are:

Confident, calm, and quick on your feet Someone who takes ownership and brings a positive attitude Someone with a warm presence and know how to read the room Bonus points if you're a dessert lover (but not mandatory)

Role Details

Title: Guest Service Associate/ Food & Beverage Associate/ Guest Experience Associate/Host/Cashier Positions: 2 (rotating roles between counter & floor)

Type: Full-time (on-ground)

Location: 16th road, Bandra

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: Competitive salary + team perks + scope for growth
