Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
Ensure a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Take and confirm reservations, manage guest queries politely and efficiently.
Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front-of-house area.
Handle customer feedback and escalate concerns to management when required.
Requirements:
Female candidate with excellent communication skills and a highly presentable personality.
Preferred backgrounds: International BPO, Air Hostess, Cabin Crew, or Hospitality sector.
Prior experience in customer-facing/service roles is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional grooming and etiquette are a must.
