Greet and welcome guests warmly and promptly.
Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
Answer guest questions about menu items, promotions, and store services.
Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and tactfully.
Order and payment processing:
Take customer orders accurately, whether at the front counter, drive-thru, or through digital systems.
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card transactions.
Ensure accuracy in orders and payments, providing correct change to customers.
Food and beverage handling:
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and procedures.
Assemble and package orders correctly for dine-in, takeaway, or drive-thru.
Assist in prepping food and monitoring inventory levels for food and supplies.
Restock supplies, condiments, and utensils as needed.
Store operations and maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, front counter, and food preparation stations.
Bus tables, dispose of trash, and perform other routine cleaning tasks.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including HACCP standards where applicable.
Team collaboration:
Work effectively with fellow team members and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
