Job Description

The Guest Service Associate (GSA) ensures a welcoming and pleasant dining experience for all guests. The GSA is responsible for maintaining the dine-in area, serving food, assisting with guest needs, and supporting the restaurant team in delivering smooth service.

Primary Responsibilities:

Set up the dine-in area properly before service begins Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area throughout the shift Serve food from the pass section to tables promptly and accurately Clear tables quickly after guests leave and reset them for the next service Ensure all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are clean, sanitized, and available Assist the restaurant team with any additional tasks as required Interact with guests politely, collect feedback, and inform the manager of any complaints or special requests Assist in collecting payments from customers when required

Skills & Competencies:

Good communication and guest service skills Pleasant personality and ability to work in a team Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards Ability to handle guests politely and professionally
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
