Guest Service Associate (GSA)

Full-time | Rotational Shifts

Working Terms:

9 hours per day 1 weekly off on weekdays Public holidays & weekends are working days Uniform & grooming as per company standards

Skills Required:

Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PPT) Problem-solving ability Calm under pressure Team player

Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service Handle and coordinate high-profile guests & events Escort VIP guests Operate games and interact with customers Promote and sell services Manage customer operations
